Courts of Honor

Courts of Honor will be scheduled at various times of the year, usually September, December and May. Parents and friends are encouraged to attend, as the Court of Honor is the way for the Troop to recognize the accomplishments of the Scouts.

All rank advancement, merit badges, and special awards earned since the last Court of Honor will be presented at the Court of Honor. All Scouts should participate in the Court of Honor whether or not they are receiving an award. Scouts must wear their full Class A uniform with badge sash.

For special Courts of Honor to present the Eagle Scout Award, the parents of the Eagle candidate's are expected to assist with the planning of the event, such as displaying memorabilia and coordinating the reception and other activities.
